If you own a business, you may be required to provide compiled financial statements to banks, lenders or other third parties with which you are transacting business. A set of compiled financial statements includes a short report from your accountant stating that they were put into financial statement format by a CPA, although it doesn’t provide any assurances about the underlying information behind those numbers (which makes it much cheaper than an audit). The financial statements can be presented with or without disclosures.
We assist our clients in providing this information when needed in a professional format and in a timely manner.
